WHERE DO WE STAND?
All eyes will be on the U.S. Federal Reserve tomorrow when it decides whether to keep rates unchanged due to the banking crisis or to raise the overnight rate by 25 basis points.

This morning, Statistics Canada released the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for February. Headline inflation fell more than expected to 5.2% from 5.9% in January.

HOW IS THIS AFFECTING REAL ESTATE SO FAR?

FOR THE MOMENT WE ARE SEEING PRICE STABILITY WHEN COMPARED TO 2022. WHAT HAS CHANGED IS THAT THE TIME TO SELL HAS INCREASED SLIGHTLY. SO IT'S BETTER TO GET A LITTLE AHEAD IF YOU HAVE PLANS IN THIS DIRECTION.

SO AS OF TODAY WE CAN SAY THAT SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IS HOLDING UP WELL FOR SELLING OWNERS.
